Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B Services
Location: Mérida, Yucatán, México
Work Arrangement: On-site
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify sales opportunities for our B2B nearshoring services.
This role is well suited for an SDR with experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and managing early-stage sales conversations in a services-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify B2B companies aligned with our adecuado customer profile
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by industry, company size, and role
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
- Identifybusiness needs, pain points, budget, and timing to assess fit for nearshoring services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and insights in the CRM
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development and B2B services sales (preferred)




- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business stakeholders
- Comfortable managing outreach, follow-ups, and rejection
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline
- Availability to work on-site (this is not a remote role)
What We Offer
- Starting monthly salary of $15,000 MXN gross (before taxes)
- Commission structure
- Schedule:7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (free afternoons)
