At BOGE Rubber & Plastics México, an automotive company specialising in rubber and plastic components, we are looking for a Quality Engineer for the rubber area.
• To supervise and ensure the quality of rubber production processes.
• To monitor quality indicators, scrap rates and action plans for continuous improvement.
• To lead root cause analyses and corrective actions in the event of quality deviations.
• To ensure the updating and implementation of control plans, visual aids and quality documentation.
• Coordinate activities to resolve and address customer complaints.
• Participate in audits of products, processes and quality systems.
• Manage quality activities for new projects, including capacity studies, MSA and PPAP approval.




• Coordinate the technical quality staff and promote the development of their skills.
• Work across departments with Production, Process Engineering and other support areas. Required profile: Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related degree. 3 to 5 years’ experience in quality engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Knowledge of quality management systems and audits. Proficiency in AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, AMEF, MSA and SPC. Experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement. Experience in rubber manufacturing processes would be an advantage.
