Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

El Técnico en Ingeniería de Procesos (Metalmecánica) estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte.

Flex tiene previsto escindir su segmento de Infraestructura de Nube y Energía en una nueva empresa independiente que cotizará en bolsa, Axiom, y se espera que la escisión se concrete en el primer trimestre de 2027. Si se lleva a cabo la escisión prevista, este puesto brindará apoyo a Axiom, una empresa centrada en infraestructura digital crítica y en ofrecer soluciones integrales de gestión térmica y energética para centros de datos de IA y otras aplicaciones de misión crítica.

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

- Creación y modificación de Instrucciones de trabajo (MPI)
- Solución de problemas de ensambles mecánicos en piso de producción.
- Soporte a líneas de Ensamble, área de Inserción y roscado .

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

- Carrera técnica o ingeniería en electromecánica o afín.
- Conocimiento en procesos de ensamble mecánicos. (Atornillado, Remachado)




- Conocimiento en procesos de inserción con máquinas Haeger y Autosert
- Conocimiento en el sistema métrico decimal
- Manejo de equipos de medición (calibrador, Micrómetro)
- Disponibilidad de horario T3

Habilidades deseables para el rol:

- Interpretación de planos mecánicos
- Manejo de Solid Works
