About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is looking for a forward-thinking Especialista en Desarrollo de Comunidades Online Deportivas to spearhead the growth and engagement of our online sports communities. This fully remote role is perfect for someone passionate about sports, digital engagement, and community building. You will be responsible for creating vibrant online spaces, fostering interaction among members, and driving participation in discussions and events related to various sports and leisure activities. The idóneo candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms and online forums, and a proactive approach to community management. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing our client's brand presence and connection with sports enthusiasts across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage online sports communities.
- Moderate forums, social media groups, and other online platforms to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, articles, polls, and discussions.
- Organize and promote online events such as Q&A; sessions with athletes, webinars, and virtual challenges.
- Monitor community feedback, identify user needs, and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
- Analyze community metrics to track growth, engagement, and sentiment.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community activities with broader brand objectives.




- Identify and engage with key influencers and active members within the community.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in online community management and digital marketing.

Requirements

- Proven experience in online community management, social media management, or a related digital role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with a knack for engaging writing.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, etc.) and community building best practices.
- Experience in content creation and moderation.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on community performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse online users.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for sports and the Ocio y Deportes industry is essential.
- Experience with community management tools is a plus.
