About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support a leading U.
S.-based provider of outsourced housekeeping, cleaning, and facility services serving over 1,000 clients across hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses nationwide. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment for frontline and hourly positions, including housekeepers, laundry attendants, janitorial staff, and facilities personnel across multiple U.
S. locations. The idóneo candidate has a strong background in high-volume recruiting, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while consistently meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and manage incoming applications in Workday, identifying qualified candidates for initial screening.
• Conduct high-volume, structured phone screenings in English for frontline and hourly positions.
• Support recruitment targets of approximately 50–60 hires per month across multiple U.
S. locations.
• Evaluate candidates based on relevant experience, qualifications, availability, schedule flexibility, and job requirements.
• Coordinate qualified candidates with hiring managers and site teams for interviews and next steps.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Accurately document screening results, candidate feedback, and recruitment progress in Workday.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels when additional pipelines are needed.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing staffing demands, seasonal hiring, and hard-to-fill positions.




• Collaborate with hiring managers and site teams to understand staffing priorities, hiring requirements, and recruitment timelines.
• Monitor recruitment performance, including screening volume, candidate conversion, time-to-fill, and monthly hiring targets. Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments, primarily focused on frontline, hourly, or operational positions.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with the ability to confidently conduct phone screenings and communicate with U.
S.-based stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting within hospitality, housekeeping, facilities management, janitorial services, or similar industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct efficient, high-volume phone screenings while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with established recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office or similar tools. Key Success Metrics
