As our HRBP, you will partner with plant leadership to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, succession management, compensation & benefits, and change management initiatives. You'll also ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate programs while fostering an engaging and high-performing work environment. ? What we're looking for: ✅ 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or HRBP role ✅ Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, compensation, talent management,



and employee relations ✅ Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations ✅ Strategic mindset, strong business partnership skills, and ability to influence stakeholders ✅ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency ?
