About the Role
Accounts payable and expense finance specialist. Responsibilities
• Expense Budget control: track MKT&retail;&general; and administration expense budget from application to execution progress;
• Co-work with Honor suppliers about invoice and payment process, strong capability and profesionalism to solve problem and achieve target;
• Supplier invoice checking and registration, tracking accounting and payment process with good quality and high efficiency;
• End-to-end monitoring and management of sales expense, regular management report to the office, close communication with business request teams and support related team to improve the expense execution result. Qualifications
• Background of finance major or experience, have general knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax. Required Skills
• Good communication skills and team work, outgoing personality to communicate with surrounding teams.
• Fast learning capability for different industry business, proactive working attitute and good growth potential, strong responsibility for workout.
• Fluent English speaking and writing, 2-3year working experience in companies will be better.
