• Turn inbound calls into booked service jobs
• Coordinate repairs and keep customers updated until the job is done
• Handle upset customers and tough situations with confidence




• Follow up on invoices and payments
• Build relationships that bring customers back What we’re looking for
• Native or near-native spoken and written English
• Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or high-level customer service
• Experience working with U.
S. customers
• Good judgment when things don’t go to plan
• Real ownership and follow-through Pay $2,000 to $2,500 USD/month base plus performance bonuses. Exceptional candidates may earn more.
