We are looking for a Junior Sales Back Office to join us in México City. Responsibilities
• Identifying and contacting prospective clients through lead generation, online prospecting, and market research via (email, phone, trade shows, LinkedIn, Google, Etc.).
• Interacting with clients and representing the company in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Assisting with sales support, including processing orders, writing commercial proposals, email marketing, and assisting in the organizing of events and conferences.
• Organizing and updating customer contact and sales information in CRM.
• Assisting the sales staff with administrative and customer activities as they occur.
• Preparing and coordinating client visits for the sales staff.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• English: excellent level (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of MS-Office applications and technical systems.
• Strong written,



verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to work and learn independently.
