Creators are central to how we tell our story and grow, and our marketing team is expanding to support that.

About the role
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support our partnerships and social commerce programs. Reporting to the Social Commerce Director, you will handle the day-to-day work that keeps our creator community active and our content flowing, across Trybe, TikTok Shop, LTK and social. This is a coordinator-level role, a strong fit for someone early in their career who is organized, communicative and excited about creator-led marketing. Responsibilities
- Review creator applications, respond to creator questions and approve sample and gifting requests.
- Manage creator communication and follow-ups across Trybe, TikTok Shop, LTK, email and social dms.
- Review creator-submitted content for brand fit and flag top performers for paid ads, and organic social.
- Coordinate sample shipments and gifting, including manual orders.




- Collect and track creator contracts and usage rights; keep creator footage organized and labeled for the creative team.
- Maintain creator trackers and Notion databases with accurate, current information.
- Use social listening to discover and vet new creators.
- Support social campaigns and launches, including TikTok LIVEs and seasonal promotions like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
- Share creator and content insights with the marketing team Requirements Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in social media, influencer or creator marketing, community management or a similar role (internships, freelance and personal creator experience count)
- Strong written communication and a professional, friendly tone with creators and teammates
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many small tasks at once
- Working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram and what makes content perform
- Comfort with Google Workspace, and a quick learner of new tools Preferred qualifications
- Experience with creator/affiliate platforms.
- Interest in or experience with beauty/consumer brands.
