About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new culinary products and concepts.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities and consumer needs.
- Oversee recipe development, testing, and refinement, ensuring quality, taste, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) in a virtual setting.
- Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support marketing initiatives for new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and quality standards throughout the development process.




- Present new product proposals and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the product development team.
- Monitor the performance of launched products and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development, culinary innovation, or brand management within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new food products from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of culinary trends, food science, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
- Proficiency in relevant software for project management and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote work setting.
