About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Agente de Ventas de Seguros de Auto to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Mexico, with a strong focus on serving clients in the Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua region. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their automotive insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that offer excellent value and coverage. Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various prospecting methods, including online channels and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their automotive insurance requirements.
- Present and explain different auto insurance policies, highlighting benefits and coverage options.
- Provide accurate quotes and assist clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Stay informed about new products, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.





Requirements

- High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Knowledge of the insurance market in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua is beneficial.
