About the Role

This role involves managing and overseeing various phases of infrastructure development, from planning and design to execution and completion. The idóneo candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, strong technical engineering skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water systems, and public facilities.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and schedule targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Manage communication between project stakeholders, including regular progress reporting.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments during construction.
- Facilitate project meetings, both in-person and virtual,



ensuring effective collaboration.
- Contribute to the procurement process for contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in resolving technical challenges and design modifications as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or project engineering within the infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, risk registers).
- Knowledge of relevant Mexican regulations and standards for infrastructure development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work effectively in both a team-oriented and independent setting.
- Experience with hybrid work models and proficiency in remote collaboration tools is essential.
- Flexibility to attend essential meetings and site visits in Querétaro City and surrounding areas as required.
- Professional Engineer (Ingeniero Civil) certification is highly valued.
