Unilever Mexico is seeking a People Ops Specialist – Benefits to ensure reliable delivery of employee benefits across the Americas. You will manage life events, enrollments, terminations, and vendor transactions, while maintaining accurate records and supporting employees.
You will collaborate with Payroll, Rewards, Finance, Procurement and vendors, develop SOPs, drive process improvements, and contribute to an excellent employee experience.
