About the Role

Our client, a leading provider in the insurance sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agente de Seguros to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Mexico. We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of insurance products, particularly in risk assessment for corporate clients. The adecuado candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. You will be instrumental in expanding our client's market share by identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored insurance solutions that meet the complex needs of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through various channels, including digital marketing and networking.
- Analyze client needs and conduct thorough risk assessments to propose appropriate insurance policies.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,



and new insurance products and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and claims departments to ensure seamless client service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Agente de Seguros or in a similar sales role within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge of corporate insurance products, including liability, property, and casualty.
- Excellent understanding of risk management principles and techniques.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in the insurance field are highly preferred.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
