Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on various mortgage options, including fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, and specialized loan programs available in Mexicali .
- Assess client financial eligibility, creditworthiness, and borrowing capacity.
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
- Stay up-to-date on current mortgage market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents to determine loan eligibility.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to meet their financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state lending regulations and company policies.




- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage origination, loan advising, or a related financial services role.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and the lending process.
- Proven ability to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in mortgage lending software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the Mexicali, Baja California, MX real estate and financial market is a plus.
