About the Role

Our client, a well-established hospitality group, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Agent to join their team in sunny Acapulco, Guerrero . This role is central to promoting and selling vacation packages, hotel stays, and other related services to potential clients. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and guiding customers through their booking process. The adecuado candidate has a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people. This is an on-site position, requiring you to be present at our client's location to interact directly with customers and contribute to the vibrant tourism sector of Acapulco. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients, both walk-in and by phone/email, to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Promote and sell vacation packages, hotel accommodations, tours, and other tourism services offered by our client.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, amenities, pricing, and booking procedures.
- Assist clients in selecting the best options to meet their budget and travel style.
- Process bookings, payments, and confirmations accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.




- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on promotions and special offers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming sales environment.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in tourism or sales are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the hospitality/tourism industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations, especially within Mexico.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the tourism industry.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and standard office software.
- Passion for travel and providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Must be able to work on-site in Acapulco, Guerrero.
