About the Role
* As an Onboarding Manager, you will be the face of Numeral for new clients. You will guide founders and finance teams from signed contract to fully compliant and live, covering tax registrations, data transfers and platform configuration. The role combines project management, technical troubleshooting and customer advocacy. Numeral is at a stage where processes are still being written, so you will help build and improve the playbook as you go.

What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end onboarding for a high-volume book of business, with 20+ active implementations at a time.
* Guide clients through tax registrations, data imports and platform configuration until they reach go-live.
* Troubleshoot API integrations and data flows, and explain technical details clearly to non-technical founders and finance teams.
* Reduce time-to-value by spotting bottlenecks and working with cross-functional teams to remove them.
* Turn customer feedback into clear input for the Product and Engineering teams.
* Help create documentation, help-center articles and internal playbooks that let the team scale.
* What you'll bring
* 2+ years of experience in Implementation,
Onboarding, Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Operations.
* Hands-on experience with API integrations and technical customer onboarding.
* Strong customer communication, in English (C1) and Spanish.
* Ownership and operational rigor: you handle many accounts at once without dropping details.
* Bias for action and comfort working cross-functionally.
* A startup mindset and strong motivation to grow. You are comfortable with ambiguity and keep taking on more responsibility.Nice-to-Haves* Background in fintech, SaaS or e-commerce, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
* API-related certifications.
