Our client is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Asesor de Seguros de Gastos Médicos Mayores to join their team in Saltillo, Coahuila. You will be responsible for guiding individuals and families through the complex world of health insurance, helping them select the best plans to meet their healthcare needs and financial capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their healthcare needs and financial situations.
- Explain various health insurance plans, including coverage, deductibles, co-pays, and networks.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable Major Medical Expense insurance policies.
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Provide ongoing support and answer client inquiries regarding their policies.
- Stay updated on changes in health insurance regulations and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
- Achieve sales targets while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in health insurance.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance products, especially Major Medical Expenses.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Client-focused attitude with a strong sense of empathy and integrity.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in Saltillo, Coahuila.
