About the Role

Our client, a prominent player in the industrial machinery sector, is seeking an experienced Ingeniero de Diseño Mecánico to join their engineering department in Saltillo, Coahuila . This role is focused on the design and development of advanced cooling systems for heavy-duty industrial applications. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical components and systems for industrial cooling solutions.
- Perform thermal analysis, fluid dynamics simulations (CFD), and structural analysis (FEA) to validate designs.
- Develop and optimize heat exchanger designs, fan systems, and pumping mechanisms.
- Create detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective for production.
- Conduct prototype testing and validation, analyzing results and making necessary design modifications.




- Provide technical support to the sales and service teams regarding product capabilities and performance.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on thermal systems or fluid dynamics.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL) for thermal and fluid analysis.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer principles, and fluid mechanics.
- Experience with material selection for industrial applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical information clearly.
