About the Role

This leadership position is critical to driving store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, from sales and inventory management to staff development and visual merchandising, all while maintaining the brand's distinctive image. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to minimize loss and maximize availability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal and store aesthetics.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with a strong preference for fashion or apparel.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store and achieving sales targets in Querétaro City, Querétaro .
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
