About the Role

Our client, a global leader in facility management consulting, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Specialist in Cleaning Quality Control and Sanitary Protocols. This position will play a critical role in developing, refining, and overseeing the implementation of cleaning quality standards and sanitary protocols across various client sites worldwide. The idóneo candidate will possess a deep understanding of cleaning methodologies, hygiene best practices, infection control, and the ability to translate these into actionable remote assessment tools and guidelines. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and safety, contributing directly to public health and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive cleaning quality standards, checklists, and audit protocols for diverse facility types.
- Create and deliver training materials and remote assessment guides for on-site cleaning teams and facility managers.
- Conduct virtual audits and assessments of cleaning operations at client sites using provided data, photographic evidence, and remote communication tools.
- Analyze assessment results to identify trends, areas of non-compliance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert recommendations and develop action plans to address identified cleaning and sanitary deficiencies.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cleaning technology, products, and best practices,



including those related to public health and infection control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cleaning quality standards into broader facility management strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on cleaning quality performance and recommendations for client stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cleaning and sanitation protocols, offering guidance and support remotely.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in cleaning operations management, facility management, or a related field with a strong emphasis on quality control and sanitation.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical applications, disinfection methods, and hygiene standards across various industries (e.g., healthcare, commercial, industrial).
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and quality assurance programs.
- Experience with remote auditing, quality assessment, and virtual training is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools, project management software, and standard office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Environmental Health, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
