About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated corporate communications strategies, including internal and external communications. Lead the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and sustainability programs. Manage the company's public image and reputation through proactive media relations and stakeholder engagement. Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, annual reports, website copy, and social media. Oversee crisis communication protocols and act as a key point of contact during sensitive situations. Foster strong relationships with media, community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies. Develop and manage communication plans for CSR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.



Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of communications and CSR programs. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all internal and external communications. Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, CSR, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in developing and managing successful CSR and sustainability programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience in media relations, crisis management, and reputation building. Strong understanding of ethical business practices and corporate governance. Strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in relevant communication and CSR management tools. Commitment to social impact and sustainable development.
