Gold & Aron is seeking a Recruiting Lead based in Mexico to run searches end to end, partner on senior mandates, and help build the Mexico practice. You’ll own searches from kickoff to offer, and collaborate with a small, senior team with clear ownership from day one.
You’ll map markets, identify passive candidates, assess fit, and present sharp summaries to clients. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, and the role offers growth into a leadership position as the Mexico practice expands.
