Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement algorithms for autonomous systems, including navigation, perception, and decision‑making.
- Integrate AI and machine learning techniques into autonomous system control architectures.
- Conduct simulations and real‑world testing of autonomous system prototypes.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional R&D; team to define system requirements and specifications.
- Analyze system performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain software for autonomous systems using languages like C++ or Python.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during development and testing.




- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation and reports.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in R&D; related to autonomous systems, robotics, or AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) is a plus.
- Familiarity with control systems, sensor fusion, and path planning algorithms.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua .
