Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission various security systems, including CCTV cameras, video recorders, access control systems, and intrusion detection alarms.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic checks on installed security systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software components of security systems.
- Respond to service calls and perform repairs to ensure system functionality and client satisfaction.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system manuals.
- Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide basic training and support to clients on the operation of installed systems.




- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and IP-based systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and system diagrams.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or security systems is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the assigned region.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico area.
