SWBC is seeking a dedicated onboarding administrator to be the main contact for new hires through all onboarding stages. You will manage data hygiene in Workday and shared drives, and ensure timely Form I-9 processing and employment-authority checks.
You will track hires, terminations, and compensation changes, coordinating with payroll and Legal as needed. Strong organizational skills and experience in HR operations are essential for success in this role.
