We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and highly motivated professional to join our Legal Department. The adecuado candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while interacting with clients and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or pending formal graduation).
- Interest in corporate and real estate law.
- Basic professional proficiency in English (legal English preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents.
- Translate and review legal documents in English.
- Review public deeds and notarial documents.
- Support corporate legal reviews and maintain legal records.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, and third-party service providers.
- Provide general legal and administrative support to the Legal Department.
