About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Especialista en Marketing Digital de Experiencias Deportivas to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote, first-position designed for individuals passionate about the intersection of sports, leisure, and digital engagement. You will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative online strategies to promote a wide range of sporting events and leisure activities. Your role will involve understanding target audiences, crafting compelling digital campaigns, and leveraging various online channels to drive engagement and participation. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, particularly within the Ocio y Deportes sector, and thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to amplifying our client's reach and impact. This opportunity is based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX , but operates with a remote-first policy, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for sports and leisure events.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media updates.
- Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to increase online visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports with actionable insights.




- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
- Identify and engage with online influencers and communities relevant to the sports and leisure industry.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Ocio y Deportes industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
- Must be a resident of Mexico for tax purposes and comfortable working within Mexican business hours, although the role is fully remote.
