Eaton Corporation seeks a LATAM R&D; Manager to lead regional R&D; and Engineering across Latin America, driving product localization, cost reduction and manufacturing innovation. This role reports to the LATAM Operations Director and requires 50% travel to plants in Mexico, CAC, Chile and Brazil.

Idóneo candidates have a Bachelor’s in engineering, 7+ years in engineering/R&D;, 5+ years in people leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.
