About the Role

Our client, a prestigious design consultancy specializing in the hospitality sector, is seeking a talented Arquitecto de Restaurantes y Diseño de Espacios Gastronómicos to join their team in Saltillo, Coahuila . This role focuses on creating exceptional dining experiences through thoughtful and innovative architectural and interior design. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer flow, kitchen design, and the creation of unique ambiances that reflect culinary concepts. Key Responsibilities

- Design the architectural and interior layouts for restaurants, cafes, bars, and other food service establishments.
- Develop concepts that align with the client's brand identity, culinary vision, and target market.
- Optimize space planning to ensure efficient customer circulation, staff workflow, and kitchen operations.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture to create a desired atmosphere and enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with chefs, restaurateurs, and kitchen equipment consultants to ensure functional and code-compliant kitchen designs.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations for client approval and construction.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, health regulations, and accessibility standards in Saltillo .
- Manage projects from concept through to completion,



coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Stay abreast of current trends in restaurant design, food culture, and innovative hospitality concepts.

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a specialization in hospitality or food service design.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing restaurant and hospitality projects.
- Proven experience in designing functional and aesthetically appealing dining spaces.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling/rendering tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray).
- Understanding of restaurant operational flows, kitchen layouts, and health code requirements.
- Excellent creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into tangible designs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the local culinary scene and design context in Coahuila is a plus.
