About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with an AI Focus to join their innovative development team in Morelia, Michoacán . This role is instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. You will work on challenging projects, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance. This position is based in our office in Morelia, Michoacán , promoting strong team collaboration and in-person mentorship. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.
- Integrate AI/ML models and algorithms into software products and services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to implement and optimize models.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.

- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience integrating machine learning models into production software systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
