* Manage and record fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, work in progress (WIP), capitalization, and depreciation, in accordance with Mexican accounting standards (NIF) and applicable tax rules.
* Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Fixed Assets Register, including classifications, useful lives, reconciliations, and asset tracking.
* Perform and coordinate annual physical inventories of fixed assets and support asset verification and tagging.
* Support asset disposals and auctions, ensuring proper accounting and documentation.
* Execute monthly and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets, including depreciation runs, reconciliations, accruals, and financial analysis.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, SAT requirements, and applicable accounting and tax regulations.
* Support internal and external audits by preparing and validating fixed asset documentation and reconciliations.
* Strengthen internal controls over asset management and recommend process improvements.




* Support VAT-related accounting and fixed asset tax treatment when applicable (desirable).
* Provide support to ERP users and participate in system updates or improvements related to accounting and fixed assets.
* Provide timely support to internal stakeholders regarding fixed asset and accounting matters.
* Support Accounts Payable activities when required, ensuring proper documentation and fiscal compliance (CFDI, tax requirements).
* Participate in improvement initiatives and projects within the Accounting function.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Coordinator.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
