Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design and development process for high-end residential projects.
- Manage project teams, including architects, interior designers, and consultants.

- Oversee construction administration, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a significant focus on luxury residential projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering high-end residential developments.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing sophisticated design aesthetics and project execution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and rendering tools.
