About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to act as a key liaison between the Human Resources department and specific business units in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX . This role is pivotal in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting organizational effectiveness, and driving employee performance and engagement. You will partner closely with leadership to address talent needs, manage employee relations, and implement HR strategies that support business growth and success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute significantly to organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary HR contact for designated business units, building strong relationships with leadership and employees.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective HR plans.
- Provide guidance and support on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives, including change management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR specialist teams (e.g., compensation, benefits, talent acquisition) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to business leaders.




- Champion company culture and values, promoting employee engagement and a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Support the implementation of new HR programs and initiatives within assigned business units.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Strong understanding of all core HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
