About the Role

Our client, a highly respected and expansive real estate development corporation, is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Real Estate Development to oversee their strategic growth initiatives in Querétaro City, Querétaro, MX . This executive position requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing complex, large-scale development projects from conception through to completion. The VP will be responsible for identifying new development opportunities, securing financing, overseeing design and construction, and ensuring the profitability and quality of all projects. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company's real estate development pipeline in Querétaro City, Querétaro, MX , from sourcing to disposition. Identify and evaluate potential development sites and opportunities, conducting thorough feasibility studies and market analyses. Oversee all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, zoning, entitlements, design, and construction management. Secure necessary financing and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and capital partners. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead and mentor a team of project managers, development associates, and other relevant professionals. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, leasing, and operations,



to ensure project success. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, community groups, and partners. Contribute to the overall strategic planning and direction of the company's development activities.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of large-scale, complex real estate development projects. Expertise in real estate finance, market analysis, urban planning, and construction management. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to secure complex financing and manage investor relations. In-depth knowledge of the Querétaro real estate market and development landscape is essential. Proficiency in development management software and financial modeling tools. Ability to travel as needed to project sites and for business development.
