SAP Project Manager (PM) is responsible for providing support to the Client IT group and overseeing the implementation of SAP projects. You must work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users, to ensure the SAP applications (ECC, S4HANA, GRC, etc.) meet the organization’s requirements and objectives. You will play a major part in the successful implementation of the SAP applications helping it to remain within budget, on schedule, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

What you will do

- Regulations & Standards: The PM must ensure that the project is compliant with all relevant SOX regulations and company Change Management and Project Management policies.
- Delivery: The PM is responsible for providing support to the Delivery team, including scheduling meetings, organizing community events, formatting, maintaining issue logs and risk registers, taking minutes, and reporting. They must ensure all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored, and filed.
- Planning and Management: The PM is responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project’s scope, schedule, budget, and resources required. They must also work with the project team to agree roles and responsibilities and create a communication plan that includes regular status updates and stakeholder engagement. The PM should monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Stakeholder Management: The PM must work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users,



to ensure the SAP applications meet the organization’s requirements and objectives. They must develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Budget Management: The PM must establish a project budget, track costs, and report on budget variances. They must work with stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities and develop contingency plans to manage project costs effectively.
- Risk Management: The PM must identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks. They should be proactive in identifying risks and work with stakeholders to develop a risk management plan that includes risk assessment, risk response, and risk monitoring.
- Resource Management: The PM must manage project resources, including project team members, vendors, and contractors. They must ensure that the project team is appropriately staffed, trained, and motivated to achieve project objectives.

What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP implementation.
- Strong command of SAP Activate and Clean Core principles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with Planisware is desired.
