About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution phases of diverse architectural projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and present innovative design solutions to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct thorough site analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Integrate resilient design principles and sustainable technologies into all projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage client relationships,

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional architectural license (COAM or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
- Expertise in resilient design strategies, sustainable building practices (LEED, BREEAM, etc.), and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods.
- Experience working with diverse client groups and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing office-based collaboration with remote flexibility.
