We are seeking a highly capable Lead JavaScript Software Engineer with a passion for building rich, responsive web and hybrid-mobile applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to deliver fast, SEO-friendly, and mobile-first user interfaces. You will focus on crafting exceptional web experiences that look and feel like native mobile apps, optimizing performance for both desktop and mobile web view browsers (including iOS Safari). Working closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product owners, you will translate interactive designs into clean, modular, and reusable front-end codeResponsibilitiesDesign and build high-performance, responsive web applications using React and Next.js, taking advantage of features such as SSR, SSG, and API routesImplement pixel-perfect, mobile-first designs that adapt seamlessly across devices, with particular attention to optimizing layouts, animations, and touch interactions for mobile viewports, including iOS and Android browsersManage complex client-side state using tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API, and integrate applications with backend RESTful or GraphQL APIsProfile and optimize applications to achieve maximum loading speed, strong Core Web Vitals scores, and smooth rendering performance on lower-powered mobile devicesWrite clean, maintainable, and testable JavaScript and TypeScript code, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to the team's shared UI component libraryRequirementsA minimum of 5 years of experience in modern web development,
