Key Responsibilities

- Perform avionic line maintenance, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component replacements.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and routine checks on aircraft avionic systems.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals for avionics systems.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in navigation, communication, and autopilot systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company maintenance procedures.




- Document all maintenance actions, repairs, and inspections accurately and thoroughly.
- Work collaboratively with flight crews and other maintenance personnel to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Respond to AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situations as required to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new avionic equipment and upgrades.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in Avionics or Electronics preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in aircraft avionic line maintenance.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing common aircraft communication and navigation systems.
- Familiarity with EASA/FAA regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret complex avionic schematics and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with standard avionic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, flight line testers).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and preferably some English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
