About the Role

Our client, a prominent industrial entity in Saltillo, Coahuila, MX , is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist in Deep Industrial Facility Cleaning. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules for all industrial areas, including production floors, machinery, storage facilities, and administrative offices.
- Operate and maintain specialized industrial cleaning equipment, such as industrial vacuums, pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and chemical sprayers.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and chemicals according to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including degreasing, descaling, and sanitization of equipment and surfaces.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring immediate attention or deep cleaning.
- Train and supervise junior cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines.




- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary.
- Collaborate with safety officers to ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety standards.
- Report on cleaning activities, issues encountered, and resolutions to management on a regular basis.

Requirements

- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, preferably within a manufacturing or heavy industry setting.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, their properties, and safe handling procedures.
- Proficiency in operating various industrial cleaning machinery and tools.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to industrial cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform demanding tasks in a demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
