Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content for diverse digital platforms. Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, shooting schedules, and post-production editing. Operate professional video and audio equipment, ensuring optimal technical quality. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products, incorporating graphics, music, and voiceovers. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align video output with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Research industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve production techniques and content. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to ensure timely delivery of content. Archive and organize all raw footage, project files, and finished assets.



Adapt content for different platform requirements and audience segments. Write compelling video descriptions and metadata to enhance discoverability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in video production, content creation, and editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency. Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Proficiency with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment. Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement techniques for digital media. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote work environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
