About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for mechanical parts, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Develop and optimize production workflows, tooling, and equipment specifications.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with remote engineering and production teams worldwide to ensure seamless process integration and problem-solving.
- Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and methodologies.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and expertise to production teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, specifically for mechanical components.
- Strong knowledge of various manufacturing techniques (e.g., machining, stamping, casting, assembly).
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration with global teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
