About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialized pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, including medication management, patient counseling, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including oncologists, nurses, and other specialists, to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Review and interpret complex oncology treatment regimens, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oncology pharmacotherapy and clinical practice guidelines.
- Participate in virtual tumor boards and case conferences to discuss patient cases and provide expert pharmaceutical input.
- Educate patients and their families on their treatment, potential side effects, and management strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and best practices in oncology pharmacy.




- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain expertise in a rapidly evolving field.

Requirements

- Licensed Pharmacist in Mexico with active registration.
- Specialization or extensive experience in Clinical Oncology Pharmacy (minimum 5 years).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong self-management and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care medications.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or equivalent); proficiency in English is a plus.
