Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.




- Facilitate and lead virtual team meetings, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure quality assurance and user acceptance testing are performed.
- Manage vendor relationships and third‑party contractors as needed.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.
- Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience managing software development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a strong plus.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and have excellent command of English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico and have a stable internet connection.
