Lead the technical and operational performance of injection molding manufacturing to deliver safe, stable, capable, and cost-effective production. The role owns sustaining process performance, operational excellence, capacity improvement, technical problem-solving, and organizational capability, partnering with production, quality, tooling, NPD, maintenance, supply chain, and finance.

- Lead manufacturing/process engineering and production technical support for released products.
- Improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, OEE, labor efficiency, scrap, cycle time, and machine utilization executing cross validation strategies.
- Own operational and product quality through capable, controlled, documented processes, validated parameters, control plans, and specification compliance.
- Lead structured problem-solving using RCA, doe, spc, PFMEA,



and capability analysis.
- Reduce recurring defects, downtime, startup scrap, process variation, and production interruptions.
