About the Role

Our client, a leading hospitality consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Consultor de Gestión de Restaurantes for projects in the Naucalpan area. This hybrid role involves working both on-site at client locations and remotely from your home office. You will be instrumental in advising restaurant owners and operators on improving operational efficiency, enhancing profitability, optimizing menu engineering, and elevating the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive operational assessments of restaurants, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations for menu optimization, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.
- Advise clients on staffing, training, and performance management to enhance team productivity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for increased revenue, and cost-saving measures.
- Provide guidance on service standards, operational flow,



and customer experience enhancements.
- Develop detailed business plans and operational models for new or existing restaurants.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to restaurant owners and management.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the restaurant sector.

Requirements

- Extensive experience (minimum 6 years) in restaurant management, operations, or ownership.
- Proven track record in improving restaurant profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of P&L; statements, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with menu engineering and development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in relevant software for financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites in and around Naucalpan as required.
