About the Role

Our client, a major operator of data centers and critical infrastructure facilities, is seeking an experienced Specialist in Cleaning and Maintenance of Critical Infrastructure for their operations in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua . Key Responsibilities

- Perform specialized cleaning tasks within data centers, server rooms, and other critical infrastructure environments, focusing on preventing dust and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
- Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, including ESD-safe vacuums, microfiber cloths, and appropriate chemical solutions for electronics.
- Implement and adhere to strict cleaning schedules and protocols designed for sensitive electronic equipment and environments.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and identify any potential risks to equipment or operations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock of ESD-safe materials and appropriate disinfectants.
- Follow all safety guidelines,



including those related to electrical hazards, chemical handling, and data center access protocols.
- Document all cleaning activities, inspections, and material usage with precision.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities management teams to schedule cleaning activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed for all materials used during cleaning.

Requirements

- Proven experience in specialized cleaning, particularly within data centers, cleanrooms, or similar high-tech environments.
- Knowledge of ESD control principles and practices is essential.
- Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and supplies for electronic environments.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and precision.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good physical condition to perform tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
