About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Researcher to join their R&D; team in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca, MX . This role focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of designing, analyzing, and implementing algorithms for digital signal processing. You will work on challenging projects involving areas such as audio processing, image processing, communications, and sensor data analysis. The adecuado candidate possesses a strong foundation in DSP theory, excellent analytical skills, and practical experience in algorithm development. This is an on-site position, offering direct collaboration with a specialized team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and development in digital signal processing techniques.
- Design, implement, and test DSP algorithms for various applications.
- Analyze signal characteristics and develop appropriate processing strategies.
- Optimize algorithms for performance and computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate DSP solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in DSP research and technologies.
- Evaluate and validate the performance of implemented algorithms.
- Document research findings and technical specifications.





Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in signal processing.
- Proven experience in digital signal processing research or development.
- Strong theoretical understanding of discrete-time signals and systems, Fourier analysis, filter design, and estimation theory.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++.
- Experience with DSP software libraries and tools.
- Knowledge of statistical signal processing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be available to work on-site in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca, MX .
