About the Role

Our client, a prominent technology and manufacturing company in Torreón, Coahuila, MX , is seeking a responsible and meticulous Head of Cleaning and Environmental Control for High-Tech Facilities. This role is critical for maintaining the pristine conditions necessary for advanced manufacturing processes and sensitive equipment. The Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing rigorous cleaning protocols, managing a team of cleaning staff, and ensuring compliance with stringent environmental and safety standards. The idóneo candidate will possess significant experience in industrial cleaning, an understanding of cleanroom environments or similar controlled spaces, and strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive cleaning and environmental control programs for high-tech manufacturing floors, cleanrooms, laboratories, and administrative areas.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of cleaning technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to protocols.
- Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all cleaning activities, focusing on dust, particle, and contamination control.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that cleanliness standards are consistently met and documented.
- Manage the inventory and procurement of specialized cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, including those related to sensitive equipment and processes.




- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance departments to address specific environmental control needs.
- Oversee the proper handling and disposal of chemicals and waste materials.
- Investigate and report on any environmental control failures or incidents, implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in cleaning technologies and environmental control methods relevant to high-tech industries.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in cleaning supervision and environmental control, preferably within a high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing cleaning protocols for controlled environments.
- Strong knowledge of dust control, particle management, and chemical safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to support operational demands.
